Kristin Cavallari Admits Her Divorce Helped Her Find Herself

Kristin’s divorce has also allowed her to take a walk down memory lane with her Laguna Beach costar Stephen Colletti. The two dated in high school while appearing on the MTV reality series but have reunited as friends several times throughout the years. The two have begun recording their new podcast, Back to the Beach With Kristin and Stephen, and it’s set to premiere this summer. Kristin previously called the experience therapeutic and seems to be having a great time rewatching the show and giving fans a behind-the-scenes scoop of what went down when cameras weren’t rolling.

It’s good to hear that Kristin’s been able to take some time to rediscover herself now that Jay has their kids half of the time. It’s a common issue for moms to put everything and everyone before themselves, and Kristin’s definitely spreading the word about the importance of taking care of yourself too. The star’s free time has certainly paid off as her brand is continuing to succeed, and her podcast and soon to hit the internet. Fans are definitely grateful The Hills star took time to herself.
