Session: Skate Sim Finally Announces September Release Date

Session: Skate Sim entered early access on Steam way back in September 2019 and Xbox Game Preview in June 2020. Unlike other skateboarding games that take a more creative approach, such as OlliOlli World and its stylistic 2D platforming, Session: Skate Sim sits at the other end of the spectrum, taking simulation-style gameplay to the next level. The new game utilizes “True Stance Stick” controls that allow players to control each of the skater’s feet independently by using the controller’s two analog sticks, similar to the aforementioned Skater XL.
After almost seven years since it was first conceived, Session: Skate Sim will finally be fully released this year, which may encourage more people to try out its unique style of gameplay. Hopefully, it will help the skating genre return to the limelight after its long absence.

Session: Skate Sim is scheduled for release on September 22, 2022, for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, as well as PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
